Nique, I want to thank you very, very much for introducing me to this show.
Seriously, it's better than SatAM. It's so wonderful, so heartwarming, so adorable, I've rewatched the entire series three times and can still smile the entire 20 minutes of it's wonderful episodes.
Brohoofs for everypony!
Whoa! I'll agree with the "so wonderful, so heartwarming, so adorable" part but it is NOT better than SatAM! -.-
...
With that said, Twilight Sparkle & Pinkie Pie are my favorites. ^.^

Yeah the art and animation is cheap but tbh, it's a really good show. It's not as kiddy as the original. It's something the family can enjoy. It doesn't have as much magicy mythical stuff as the original, but it's not as all srs as that My Little Pony Tales show...
It's good. It's cute. It made me smile. I like it... and I was just wondering if anyone here has tried it out.
Thanks to people like you, I have. And I'm now a brony too... The first thing I noticed in the pilots was THEY LOOKED LIKE THE FREAKING POWERPUFF GIRLS!!! So, I looked it up and sure as hell, the show was created and voiced by alot of the people involved in that show (including mention of Craig McCracken).
Needless to say, I liked what I saw. I just wish they would've saved the big bad evil villain for the season finale instead of using her to launch the show. I know that's what they did in the original, but I think it would've been better to go the Tenchi Muyo route there. Overall though, the series is pretty good, and the humor is actually alot more adult than I thought it would be, with all the movie references and everything.
HEY! I'll have you know that isn't bronies at all! We wouldn't kill for Applejack! We'd kill for Rainbow Dash!
THAT'S not a Brony.
THIS is a Brony. Also, it's extremely disturbing, even if you ARE a Brony. I knew it'd just be a matter of time before Pinky Pie snapped. So here we have it. A cautionary tale. Just because it's cute doesn't mean it can't kill you.
Before you start watching, just for the record, I really do like Rainbow Dash, and this wasn't made by me.

The mastermind behind this show Lauren Faust had this to say:
“This might be a little short-sighted on my part, but I just assumed that any adult man who didn’t have a little girl wouldn’t even give it a try,” Faust said in a phone interview. “The fact that they did and that they were open-minded and cool enough and secure in their masculinity enough to embrace it and love it and go online and talk about how much they love it — I’m kind of proud.”
I dunno about you guys, well....I know Chief and Inhibitor are still with it. That sounds like some bragging from Faust there, about converting guys to bronies. Scary Scary....
However I will admit that I havent seen the my little ponies episodes. Except for the few tidbits offered in this thread, and that Im not exactly positive what a brony fully is. Except that its a male who enjoys and is a fan of the new my little ponies. I also understand this is a family show for folks with kids, and I got that just fine. But single guys??? Cmon man....
Anywho I do go on, this is just my opinion and is no way -serious business-. This reminds me of a zombie virus, once you get bit only one thing you can do for the victim, you know what it is!

I'm sure MLP is a pretty decent show. Lauren Faust has worked alongside her husband producing some amazing cartoons that I still watch to this day. Even classics like the PPG I still watch from time to time, (seriously, that show was hardcore, brutal, and brutal) and Foster's Home is a huge favorite of mine too. So why don't I give MLP a try? Well, it's in the title. Ponies. I can't watch or play anything that revolves around something that is usually meant for the young female crowd, and I certainly wouldn't be proud to call myself a 'Brony' or whatever, even if I DID like the show. I'd just keep it secret, probably watch an episode or two at midnight when no one is around and tell it to no one. It would be like a guilty pleasure, something I (possibly) enjoy but would be absolutely spat upon if anyone found out. Most shows I watch I don't like to hide from others, but I know I would if I were to get addicted to this show. So that's it. I'm just not gonna watch Ponies. Back to Avatar: The Last Airbender...

There's singing too? Bah, I REALLY won't check it out now. That's the one thing that always drives me up the wall in cartoons...

For the first thing, the show is run by Lauren Faust, writer of the Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. It's well written, great characters, a handful of references, and quite sophisticated. Just don't kill something before even trying it, give it a chance and make your decision.Sorry to barge in, but i want to ask you all something. Why do you all like MLP? I mean, i'm not saying it's a bad thing, cuz i'm into bondage, (and i've seen the two mixed together.) but why is it so appealing to you all? If any of you?

Though, the difference between the old annoying as sin pony shows and this new one is... well, they gave a damn. And I think it shows. I haven't watched much of it, just a handful of episodes, but from what I've seen and heard, I think I like it.
Oh, and also:
