I have to admit I've started watching whole episodes. However, I only watch them once on the live stream chats on Bronystate when they air. It's sort of fun seeing people react to the episodes, and I really dig Ask Jappleack and the .MOV flashes (Mainly for the Ren & Stimpy-esque facial expressions. Thank you Shadow for introducing me to those). I still don't have much of a desire to go back and watch Season 1 though. I prefer watching the episodes in the live chat and see people's first time reactions to them.

Since nobody listens to quoted wisdom anymore...
I do have. A few points.
MLP's animation IS well done, and the villains are pretty dastardly(mostly discord...eee!), and some of the episode plots are pretty good, and there are some nice in jokes, the only problem is...
In the words of the fiery Joker, "it needs to forget it is a show for little girls." That is...
Less half. Witted musical numbers,
More humor directed at everything other than the convenient placenment of pony as a noun and pronoun,
A little satire...cmon!
And a bit of stylish flair away from the girly premise.
Maybe give off a little backstory on some characxters, or bring out a character in need of cheering up, maybe with a dark past.
Maybe then AC, red and I. Would at least watch a few episodes..(other than my agreed three.)
That, and let the villains play about for a few episodes! Discord lasted two! That's tied woth the generic scooby-doo villain episode count!

As for that last point, it was promised that we would see more villains in Season 2. So far there have been no others. I'm not quite sure what is going on there.

Season one still had quite a few decent episodes, check them out when you get the chance. If you like Applejack you'll probably enjoy S1E3 and S1E8.

I have actually, I watched the first two a while back. Course I was instructed to watch the 2nd season, I believe.
But before venturing into enemy space, one must travel at yellow alert and shields up. A tip for you kids

TBH I find Derpy Hooves distracting just 'cause of all the time she's used as a background pony... originally she wasn't supposed to stand out, but now that she has a name and distinct identity, she leaps out at the eye regardless.

Actually she's missing the googly eyes in most of her early appearances, since she didn't have a chance to catch on with the fans until much of season 1 had finished production.

Ok, I am PISSED.
Apparently for the Itunes they censored Derpy Hooves. They omitted using her name, fixed her cute googly eyes, and gave her a different voice. All because a few people got offended at a goofy character on a kids show.

Some are saying its just one of those remakes and will only appear in Itunes, I honestly hope so,
Not that i hate the new Voice, it just sounds like another char from Strawberry Shortcake. T.T
