That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

I remember a children's picture book with a similar theme from when I was a kid. Though it was just dirty snow sludge rather than soot. It was during that big well meaning but misguided push to make "black versions" of everything. I even remember the little boy in the story lamenting that things that were black were associated with wrongness and evil, such as the black knight.

Anyways, freedom of expression. The redneck is a gigantic and ignorant douche but it's his lawn, he should be allowed to put on it what he wants.

I guess only evil, racist, ignorant, think-they're-not-part-of-the-rest-of-the-country people get snow in the southern states. I'll bet the folks next door have absolutely no snow simply because they weren't gonna make KKK people out of them.

Freaky's right. North Carolina gets either no snow at all, or a fair dusting once in awhile, and were on the northern boarder of the south. Where the hell DO good ol' boys get snow?

When I moved to Prince George, BC it was February and the snow was waist high or deeper all over town for about 2 months...it was great! Now I live in Illinois right on the Mississippi and it gets cold, and then snows, and melts, and snows, and melts, and so on, until the spring comes.

I never get snow. Just lots and lots of dirt and/or sand. And it isn't fun to make "mudmen". It's like a person made outta what looks like poop.

People need to be more considerate. You can have your belief and you can try to sway people one way or the other. But when Frosty joins the KKK, that is just harrasment.

We had snow.. Over a foot. Now its all gone. But suppose to snow again on Sunday. Also that Snow-KKK-man would have taken some time to do.. I mean.. I can tell you right now I suspect he is near the coast somewhere. You get further inland and its almost impossible to build something like that. Snow is too dry, won't pack properly.

I'm also curious to what the neighbours think.

When expression can make others fear for their safety (and, in my opinion, rightfully so in this case), I think it's not unreasonable to put limits on it.

Then again, you're safer if you know you're dealing with a racist than you would be if you didn't know he's a racist. So... I dunno.
