@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:24 PM)

Finally!

@  RedMenace : (21 July 2015 - 05:02 PM)

Woooo! The site's back up! Three cheers for Kef!

Hey cool! I like the cover for the Sonic the hedgehog comic. But augh, that Sally design is terrible. She looks like she has a mullet. (And tails has slick blue hair? lmao)

The Archives cover is nice too. As for the Sonic X one, I can't help but not care about it. xD

Thanks Adamis!

What I am wondering is if the Supression Squad is going to take over Freedom Fighter HQ. I wouldn't mind, as long as it is temporary. I imagine both Sonic and Sally will have tension with Patch, and I would love to see Sally tell Patch off(saying something along the lines of "There was never really an us"). That is the only way I think I can tolerate this storyline.

Lol guess that's a step down from spiky mohawk she was sportin' a while back, what I don't get is evil Bunnie's replacement here (we've only seen her once as I recall and that was in the SS's own dimension, where we saw that she wasn't partially robotacized like her counterpart, which does explain why she never came to the Sonic Prime dimension to pose as that Bunnie when the rest of the SS did so for their duplicates) I mean if they are out in the open (as the cover suggests) and not doing a sneak attack for once, why not bring that Bunnie along?

Oh and of course thanks Adamis.

Well to me this 190 will have a lot to relvel, more emotionly than others, I mean take the word surpression, it basically stands for built-up emotions, and to me that's what Scourge's squard has, especailly Fiona, I mean think of the years of anger buit up in her.

This is going to be one good two parter.

Hooray for blatant 80s throwbacks! Now all Ian has to do is make Scourge sing "Never Gonna Give You Up".

The Sonic Archives looks pretty cool. I'm digging the frosty background, Sonic Tails and Rotor are looking good too, but what hurts the image is well... Sally. She stands out way to much, and in a way that doesn't fit. She's way too...furry. The elbow fur looks weird on Sal especially in the classic style. Its obvious they tried using Tails as a refference for her design because the side fur is way too big, and.. what the heck happened to the brown bridge to Sally's nose?

Sonic X's cover as usual, looks better than the Archie one IMO. The first book's coloring looks kind of bland. The storylines, also as usual don't intrigue much interest in me. While I'm glad to see Scourge back, the established story suffers from the same problem with a lot of Ian's work. Its just sounds way too plotty. Maybe some stuff will happen between Fiona, Tails, Scorge, Sonic, Sally, and Anti-Antione but will it evoke much "heart"? I have my doubts. Everything's so action-oriented with the comic nowadays, and even when heart is attempted its often done in a way that feels rushed and contrived. The Sonic X story suffers the same problem. Unlike the Mammoth Mogul incident, this story SOUNDS like it could be plausible, but just comes off as a plot-based story; You know there might be something established in it that'll affect future issues, but will anything happen to the characters that'll make you even care about picking it up next month?
