Politics In The Classroom

Basically, I have a professor teaching an education course who gets into politics with everything. Every single reading and writing assignment pushes some kind of political agenda within the educational system. Every single time I disagree, and express my opposing viewpoints in writing. I am a decent writer and can usually get away with having strong political opinions, and thankfully my professor practices the tolerance she preaches. Nonetheless, I am still worried that she will eventually get tired of me and possibly lower my grade at some point. I am too honest to just blindly agree, and I definitely couldn't do it in writing. If my political opinions begin to effect my grade, what should I do?
Notice i'm not mentioning specific politics here, since I don't really wish to alienate anyone. Does anyone have similar experiences? What are your stories?

Other then that keep doing what you are doing. If your grades haven't dropped just keep on motoring away like always.
