Well, June 18th marks the day where myself and John have been running FUS for a year. We like to think we have gotten a lot done in this last year, bringing FUS from something like 2 thousand hits a month to 14 thousand. Getting a better forum for us all, including a gallery section that took over the old fanart, fanfiction, and screenshots. Sea3on will be having its 1 year birthday in another few months, September 25th. Old members who have left have rejoined, along with plenty of new members, people discovering SatAM for the first time. We even started a youtube channel for ourselfs.

The year has gone by fast, and we didn't get everything done that we wanted. However, as we have no plans of running off and leaving FUS in ruins, we will get what we want done! FUS is just starting to grow again, and we will be around for years to come! Bringing new members to the forums! Getting a new and younger generation involved in that cartoon we loved so much! There is a new generation out there, a new Sonic fanbase. With the help of the internet, youtube, online celeberties like That Guy With Glasses, and all of you, we can get a whole new group of SatAM fans. With the help of all this, we stand a better chance now at drawing in a new fanbase then we ever did before!

With the internet we have found many fans creating Sonic pages of all kinds. Sadly, small pages don't get attention right away. You can create a site and for months, years, only have a small group of people see it. And those with sites.. Who wants to pay big money for something that almost no one will see? So you decide to get free webhosting. The site then gets clogged up with annoying flash adds, banner adds, and everything else that annoys anyone trying to see your work.
How can we get around this? Well, we at Fans United For SatAM have decided to change this! That is why I am proud to announce that starting today we are going to start easy, cheap, and personal web hosting for you!
Anyone who chooses to join our web hosting will have free advertising on one of the largest SatAM sites on the internet! Take part in our 14 thousand and growing fanbase! Let other fans see your work! Don't settle for setting your site up so it can be pushed aside in the dark corners of the internet. Act Now! Join the FUS Group Of Sites.
People who sign up with our webhosting will have their banner added to a randomized group of banners that you can see on our main page.

We will also host sites if you wish to make a personal website, show off your writting, drawings, a comic of yours, and so on.

You might be thinking "Well daamn, how do I get involved in this and have my site advertised and part of 14 thousand and growing loyal fans?" I'll tell you how!

If you wish to join the FUS Group Of Sites we ask of the following,

$10.00 US for 3 months
$20.00 US for 6 months
$30.00 US for 1 year

With this you get unlimated space and bandwidth for your site, as well as free advertising on FUS, and any site that we host. Meaning there will be that small banner we will ask you to add somewhere onto your site. Yes I understand thats advertising. However it is all internal advertising, and will benefit you more then anything.

Thanks to Masterblaster for somehow getting Ian Flynn himself to send this to me. I must say I was kinda suprised to get my mail today and saw a package from Ian Flynn.

Never read the comic before so.. This was my first one. I must say, not bad.. Id be interested in reading more. Kinda wish it was easyer to start from the beggining though and go from there.

I also had a 4 page rough pencil of a sabrina comic sent to me. A spin off of Salem as a boy. However that serries was apparently canned before it came out. Ian helped write it apparently, however the 4 pages I have are just pencil, no writing or anything done on them.

This site has definitely improved in the past year since that whole thing happened. It's also very impressive that the number of hits we got increased sevenfold in just a year. The YouTube channel will bring in more people too, the majority Sonic enthusiasts who were bored and found this show. To another year of greatness!
