Thus far, I'd say Nintendo's had the best showing. Kinect is definitely intriguing, and I haven't seen anything from Sony so I wouldn't call that my final judgment, but with the new "Zelda", new "Kirby" (which looks adorably beautiful), and the MONSTER line-up of games for the new 3DS, I have a hard time seeing how someone will top them.

the 3DS is coming out? theres also Kinect (previously Natal) for 360, the Playstation Move etc etc

I do agree on some level theres not really a lot of shock and awe being dished out at E3, i dont really think much of the Playstation Move, and while the technology behind Kinect seems interesting, their game ideas just seem like Wii games in HD

I can't wait for Donkey Kong country returns to come out. The only thing that sucks is king k rool won't be in it.

I'm more disappointed that the graphics aren't prerendered and that there may be a chance that David Wise won't compose the score.

They confirmed that they won't be touching Wise in an interview.
They seemed to ignore the fact that he doesn't work for Rare anymore and is now a freelance composer. Whatever, Retro.

Well that sucks. The Donkey kong country games as well as the cartoon series were a huge part of my childhood and I really hope they don't fuck this up. Maybe now that a new game is coming out they can finally release the cartoon on DVD! Any one remember that?
