Didn't even know a "Annie" News Paper comic existed. 86 years is a good run though

Little Orphan Annie had quiet a significant impact on shifting the public perception of Liberals to being rich snobs while pushing forward the absurd idea that conservative policies are somehow tied to "everyman common sense values" - which is exactly the opposite of what it had previously been when rich people trying to keep their money were seen as, you know, rich people trying to keep their money (rich richer poor poorer etc.). I'm glad it's ended, but it should have stopped 86 years ago.
