As you can see, the New Site Design is Underway. It's not 100 percent perfect yet, but it works, and none of the sites should be 'Broken' so to speak, please bear with us as I go about updating the site to the new format...
Luckily the new layout isn't THAT far a shot from the OLD layout. It may not need THAT much tweaking!
Also, the Forum Rules are most likely going to be rehauled soon, so stayed tuned for that, too!

I just checked it out. I must say for the first few seconds I was not digging it, then I really took a look at it and saw that the chat and MB link where close together, and I like that. Its better for when I want to use the chat area. I love the title "News you can use" So far, so good.

Conceivably it needs a bit more space between the horizontal menu and the messageboard/chat link - if you accidentally open a drop-down part of the horizontal bit then you obscure the double link below, so if you scroll your mouse down too quickly and click then you go somewhere else instead. That might concievably get annoying.

Looks pretty good for the most part. You might want to move Adam's fanart picture somewhere else because it looks a little weird there, and maybe a couple more characters shown for the main banner (alongside Sonic & Sally). But other than that, I'm happy with it.

The new design is like buying one of those eco-friendly products that contain 35% more recycle material than the old design did. I like how it's more smaller than the old design.
