When was that? Depending on when it was, it might have been a DNS issue. Those should be gone now.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 10:10 PM)

on*

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 10:10 PM)

Red said he couldnt get one

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

I don't normally post about movies. But this is just too unique and hilarious to overlook.

This is a fan film that was made with a budget of a little over $12,000. A MEGAMAN fan film! There's Megaman. And the funny thing is, it's better than most mainstream video game movies. No joke.

So what are your thoughts?

This is even goofier, and it's being considered by Hollywood.

Or perhaps that's why.

They actually finished the film? Wow...

I saw the trailer for it and...actually thought it had promise. Especially when I saw how they depicted Wily!

I'll have to watch this film when I have the time.

A movie after so many games. I've never thought to check for a megaman movie. Better now than never at all.

What?

Pac-Man used to have his own cartoon.. Presumably, a movie would be just as corny, if not more so.

Megaman typically runs around shooting stuff and taking the powers of his enemies. So, if they don't use the lamer powers, and if they don't bog it down with too much plot, it could be a reasonably good action movie.

Most videogames don't really lend themselves very well to movies, due to their more absurd nature. Though, I'm surprised they haven't tried to make a Legend of Zelda movie, as that's one of the few game series that's "normal" enough without a really heavy-handed plot or a lot of screwy game elements to contend with. Just a lot of cutting up the badguys and the occasional bomb placement or arrow use. Bonus points for inclusion of bomb arrows, though.

Projection: If Intruder Organsim reaches civilized areas...

This has already happened

And it's the furry cross-over episode.

Just watched the movie. While I did smell a strong scent of cheese, at least it was a HECK of a lot better than anything Uwe Boll could cook up.

I just saw this movie a few days ago, and I was utterly surprised how good it was.

I mean, considering if you actually put this film against actual Hollywood movies based on games like Mario Brothers.... sleep.gif;

This movie was much better than I had anticipated, and a lot better than 90% of the video-game based movies I've ever seen. The actors did good (Wily was IC really well) and the story was written nicely. Granted the battles could had been a little better, the lighting was a bit too dark in some spots, but all in all, for a fan film it was utterly awesome!

I'm glad this turned out good, I thought it would bomb(man) at first, but it was pretty damn clever, the director has been thinking of a sequel though.....

A lot better than most video game movies (Mortal Kombat Annihalation anyone?)

I knew the Ruby Spears cartoon was pretty damn corny, but this just goes beyond the definition of "bizzare"........

Reading this guy's review made me less interested in seeing it:

http://z4.invisionfr...s...t&p=6093887

Plus, I just think that this is one of those video games that doesn't work well in live action. I'm even more angry hearing that Lebron is making a 10 minute live action Sonic film based on the first game.

That's just his opinion, I have not seen the movie myself, but I will, just not right now.......
