I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Update to rules

I felt I should point out that the current rules only state the admins are Rocky, Prime, and Kaotix; and also say that Chief is a moderator...Of course, this statement is out-of-date and probably should be updated.

Edit: I'd also like to point out that there is no mention of Exor in the mods list.
