I notice Tails' spinning tails are painted with a bit of motion blur on this page. I take it you liked my tip from last week, Salamander. I'm just full of useful advice.

I love Antoine's expressions here. I know I've said it before, but you do a wonderful job of matching the look of the characters from the show exactly. I also like how you painted the green building with an atmospheric silhouette gradient, but the perspective is a little warped. It's generally a bad idea to incline the top of a building upwards and the bottom downwards because it would produce a perspective bulge in the centre (which is absent on your page). It doesn't help either that the texture applied doesn't seem to obey any perspective lines at all. A better angle would be to draw the scene from ground level looking up at the monolith to emphasize its height.
There seems to be a bit of motion blur when Sonic lands and Antoine turns, but it's barely visible. You need to paint the area in between the lines with transparent white (or any light colour) so that they can be seen clearly,
especially on dark panels:

Finally, don't become overly dependant on textures to do the work for you. They don't disguise the fact that the alleyway is composed of a few flat surfaces. Drawing a puddle, crack, or drainpipe here and there is an easy and effective way to add a little variety to the scenery.
