Wow, I am really sorry to hear that man. You have my deepest sympathy. All I can say is "This to shall pass." I hope you and your father have the best of luck.

I lost my mother when I was child. The day of her funeral, I was separated from half brother and sister. I was raised by grandparents. My father was never really part of my life. That is why my family means so much to me. People hardly ever realize the value of what they have until they lose something or someone. Cherish as much of the time together that you can.

I understand how you feel. My brother died of heart cancer when he was six weeks old, and my best friend died in war.

I'm very sorry you lost a friend in the recent conflicts, Zane. I've lost a few myself since joining up, and... it just makes me feel sick inside every time I think about it. It's like, you know, if I was there fighting with them like I should have been I could have helped avoid the whole thing from happening. A hopelessly stupid thing to think about, I know, but it's one of those things that I can't be convinced of differently and still somehow manages to keep me up at nights.
