The premise of Snively (the funniest character on the show) replacing Robotnik is a real good one.
Two thumbs up for this episode.

I always thought the ending was a little weak, though. Bam! Telepathic password solving! Bombing raid resolved.

They also finally found Knothole which made the episode interesting because it could have forced the FF to find a new home. The emotion shown by Snively is also a plus in this.
I give it a A+!

First of all, Snively should have roboticized Sonic when he erased his memory. As soon as he found Sonic wandering around clueless, and approached as his "friend", he should have tricked him into stepping into the roboticizer and pushed the button. Yeah it was smart to get Sonic to find Knothole for him, but he wouldve gotten that anyways if Sonic was a robot. Plus it would have broke the spirit of the FFs, because we all know they cant really do anything w/o Sonic.
And when Snively went to Knothole, he was so unprepared. He went up there with only a few Swatbots and his memory scrambler. As soon as Sonic got his memory back, Snivley was easily dispatched. Robotnik would have went to Knothole in full force, and burned the place to the ground.

Not telepathic. Just proving that they are paying attention to what the badguys say.
It would've been cool to learn more about the group that was captured in the beginning...

And it's wierd how easily Sonic has dropped in on Robotnik on more than once. And Robotnik did make two wizards angry at him.
If Robotnik would capture anything resembling a furry then Sonic should rig it with sleeping gas for Robotnik and the show be done with it.
I'm not going to do a whole report on real-life events vs. Sci-Fi but I guess there's no way to know how the future will behave. Especially fiction.

I don't really think that's a flaw. Robotnik has captured and roboticized almost the entire world at this point. He's practiced at finding and holding prisoners. Does it to the heroes more than once.

Yeah... You're taking Robotnik out of context, there... Except for Sonic, Robotnik would have no trouble capturing and roboticizing everyone left on the planet... Sonic is perty much single-handedly responsible for thwarting Robotnik's plans and rescuing those who have been captured. Even Snively had no problems finding Knothole once Sonic was no longer a threat.

I always felt the show should have ended sooner in some cases. Like one of Robotnik's experiments blowing up in his face and/or a FF confesses earlier.
