Sonic has a crush on Sally, Sally has a crush on Sonic, Antoine has a crush on Sally, Rotor is gay and Bunnie seemed to have a crush on everyone.

In season 1 and 2, Bunnie didn't really have a lovelife. She flirted with Sonic, Antoine, Uncle Chuck, sometimes it looked like she flirted with Sally too... almost everyone I guess, but never really got into 'action'. As we all know, Bunnie's Archie counterpart married with a French coward I shall not name.

Let's just imagine there was a season 3, and you were one of the writing staff. You have the final choice, whatever you decide, happens. Now I know they'd never let something like this happen: (who made that one anyway?!), but let's say you've got all the freedom to choose (no love life is not an answer!). Who would it be?

If only because I found their relationship in Archie pre-"Tossed in Space" adorable, I vote Antoine. Knux would be another interesting candidate, though.

I'd probably prefer not to pair Bunnie with anyone, but if I had to, Antoine would be a pretty logical choice (although, if I were writing him, he'd be an almost completely different character -- more like he was in the very first Archie Sonic issues). Though, if we were to leave marketability out of the picture, I do think a Sally/Bunnie relationship would be cute, funny, and perfectly reasonable. It'd be a win/win all around, at least for me.

That was pretty much Rocky's fault -- adding that icon was one of the first things he did when he had taken ownership of the site -- although I don't think he made the actual icon.

Yeah, well, it came kinda spontaneously when I made the poll and honestly it felt pretty right...

But if there was any cartoon character I could pair her up with it would be Jazz Jackrabbit.

Let's have a look at all of the candidates...

Sonic: Well, he's ment for Sally, but I thought the Archie pairing from issue 150 felt pretty cool... and Bunnie always did seem to be the most interested in him... maybe once temporarly but not ultimatly.

Rotor: Nah... I joked about saying he's gay, but I just think he's asexual. Rotor knows how to fix her limbs but nah... I think Rotor and Ro-Becca are very happy together.

Antoine: For some reason I thought he had a crush on her... especially in the Doomsday episode, it looked like he fell down and annoyed Bunnie on purpose so she could shut or pick him up. But Bunnie would never fall in love with the SatAM-Antoine. If he'd be a brave warrior, he would be perfect but other than that, they are like apples and oranges. (that's the saying, right?)

Uncle Chuck: I put him on the list for two reasons. 1; Bunnie once said something suggestive in Sonic Conversion that went way beyond saying 'sugah-hog', 2; he's the only Freedom Fighter who knows what Bunnie has been gone through with Robotosation. The only thing that seperates them is just the age. Bunnie's around 16 and Uncle Chuck looks like in his fifties... if he would be younger it would've been perfect.

Sally: Well yeah, for controversy, but I just don't think Sally's a lesbo.

Knuckles: As I said before, this would be a very good couple. They're both fighters and can be pretty badass. I think I ultimatly have to go with him.

Tails: Just stay with telling one-eyed snake-jokes.

Knuckles + Bunnie: You've got a great couple there.

If we're just dreaming aloud, I think it would be fun to see a lightly flirtatious relationship between Bunnie, Rotor and Antoine.

No competition or love triangle. Just the three of them together. Because why not?

Or, actually, what I think is that putting up with Sonic for an extended period of time will mean that she will come to hate men.

Bunnie/Ant for me.. I just think they're really cute together. I liked how Bunnie teased Ant and called him her "little muffin".
I'm not against Bunnie/Rotor, but I don't like the idea that they're perfect for each other because Rotor's a mechanic and Bunnie's half robot. That's more of a doctor/patient relationship, not a romantic one. Not that they can never be together, they just need to connect on something besides Bunnie's condition. I mean, Bunnie doesn't have a choice, she has to go to whoever knows how to fix robotics, whether she cares for them or not. Something has to be special about Rotor besides being some joe that knows how her limbs work.
Other than that, well, Bunnie's outgoing, flirty and caring, she could match up with practically anyone.

(I've always like Bunnie/Ant though... I guess it'll have to be a threesome. >:})

And another vote for Bunny and Rotor... He seems like the most logical choice. Ant's too annoying and cowardly, Sonic's already spoken for, Knuckles doesn't actually exist in the series, Tails is too young, Chuck is too old, Snively's a badguy, and I'm not into the girl/girl thing...

I would have to say it comes down to two options,sorry Rotor:

Antoine: During the whole show, Antoine always wanted Sally but if Season 3 had happened I think we could have seen him lower his standards and decided to be with Bunnie. The problem is they are complete opposites of each other. He is cowardly and weak, while she's strong and brave which leaves us with.....
Knuckles: If he were to appear in the show, they would probably set him and Bunnie up. They're a perfect match because they're both tough fighters, and fearless. He may be a little too serious for her but it would probably work out. There could also be a love triangle between the three of them and could turn into a sub-plot.

Tails and Bunnie. Not outright, though. This can be done without squick. Tails on the verge of puberty as it is, and I have seen relationships with a five year or more age gap work. This would be something worked over the course of the series, as we see Tails go from a boy with a silly crush to something a little deeper, and Bunnie slowly realizing some feelings for Tails too. It would be intersting to see them work through the problems the relationship would present.

But who would do this? The shows dead and gone, and Archie sure as hell isn't going to touch this.

I would think Bunnie would be better off a loner, she seems like the strong on her own type to me. Confident and very sure of herself.
