@  furrykef : (25 July 2015 - 03:35 AM)

When was that? Depending on when it was, it might have been a DNS issue. Those should be gone now.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 10:10 PM)

on*

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 10:10 PM)

Red said he couldnt get one

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

Soon, I will have Dead Space 2. Soon.

QUOTE (Inhibitor @ Jan 27 2011, 11:51 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Its a western third person cover shooter. A VERY movie-like experience. It really feels like you're playing movies like 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly'. The environments are vast and large and characters are well-detailed and varied. Rockstar nailed what the early 1900s were like, showing all the brutal gunfights, the conditions people lived in, and the prostitution. Red Dead is definitely not a game for kids. Still, the voice acting is top notch, and gameplay is fast and fun, and the 18+ hour story mode will leave you breathless..

And what a finale! I never thought Rockstar was capable of such story telling.

It is proof that there is more to Rockstar than GTA. I was surprised at the end of the game, It does not go for a grand, balls to the wall action scene, just a single one on one moment with your last target.
I loved the scene when you finally have the final gang member at the mountain and the exchange he and Marston have.

I have had to put Dead Space 2 on hold for now... Moving house and wont have time, but will have it eventually devil.gif

Be sure to play it the nighttime. I strongly advise those looking for a scary experience to turn up their speakers, play with dim lighting, and in solitude. Trust me, the intro sequence hits you with a bang. I never realized how terrifying the Necromorph infection was until then. whaa.png

It comes out tomorrow over here, so when i do finally get it, I will be doing it alone, in dark and loud. I'm a little gutted I have a 360 now since the PS3 limited edition comes with Dead Space: Extraction (The Wii game) on another disc.

Yeah, I heard. PS3 owners will be getting a lot of love soon. Portal 2's release will allow cross-platform multiplayer support, a digital copy to play on PC, and slightly enhanced visuals compared to its 360 counterpart. I'll be getting a PS3 in March, the best stuff is on there. thumbsup_anim.gif

With a decent sound system the paranoia is turned up even higher. You can hear scratching in the walls and far off moans and grunts and screaming.

I dare you to do that speakers up/light dimming/solitude thing with Amnesia - The Dark Descent. I guarantee you will need at least three changes of drawers.

Been Legacy Bossing in Dragon Quest IX. Baramos is...such...a...WUSS!!! Not only that...but he is WAY too easy to get treasures from!

Lol I tried Minecraft once....and my PC can't run it! D: I get less than 5 FPS for some reason. I really don't get why. If my PC can run Gears of War, it ought to run stinkin' Minecraft!! Oh well, for the time I was playing I didn't find it that fun. Maybe its cause I lack imagination. xD.png

Yeah it can get pretty laggy at times, especially when loading new areas. It looks like a simple game but it takes up a lot of resources to run it. It helps to turn the graphics to fast and shorten the render distance, I can get a decent performance even on my laptop, although it still slows down occasionally.
I like the exploration, getting into a new cave system and just seeing how far it goes. Plus it helps having a project for yourself.. I'm building a big ass pyramid out in the desert, and making little tombs underneath it.

Yeah, the exploration and creation is definitely the best part about Minecraft. I think I'll try it again on lower settings and see if that'll help.
