Kickass anime feature based on a kickass manga set in the future after a nuclear holocaust, two magical martial arts masters who are brothers are at war with each other including giant mutants for world supremecy and to heal the world from it's wounds.
Loaded with graphic violence and action such as exploding heads and bodies galore, gore, brief nudity, and a good storyline. If you like action, sci-fi, violence and animation then i suggest this one.

Wasn't there a character who looked like Magus from Chrono Trigger? I like it for what is is, didn't have time to explore every episode.

I'm not sure how well I respond to specifics but I saw something animated back in 2001. I guess I really like it in a way to remember it for so long.
The reason is it happened after hours at a special shop I went to back then. This guy had the DVD or whatever was used at the time or some recording of part of the show.
Basically, it's a way better Street Fighter without weapons like GI-Joe or Goldeneye. You can only understand strategy so much.

The closet thing to a live-action FOTS movie is "Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky".

Good movie, bad games. Believe me, I know. After watching it I ventured to pick up the gameboy game. Biggest mistake of my gaming life (Not too big, considering I know many of the fools that bought the 'dead' systems (TG16, 32X, Saturn, Virtual Boy, Jaguar), just so they could be first to own them).
