I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

LOL. That's what having computers at school + too much spare time + being in 4th grade with Neopets fanatics does to you.

To expand on my previous post, I couldn't think of a username until I saw the "randomize" button for generating a name. The name and my smiling cat avatar (that I don't use here) have stuck.

I was using Rayzor because when my family first ever got the internet and I created an email account I didn't wanna put my real name in it. Not exactly sure where the name came from, but I spelt it wrong because the correct spelling was taken and then it just kinda stuck.

But now I'm completely bored with it. In other places like YouTube I go under Ace Of Spades after the Motorhead song, but that seemed too long for here. Been wanting to change it for a year or two.

So yeah it's Spade as in the card suit, not as in 'Bucket and�'

Chalcara as my username actually comes from a MUD I played early in my studium. Chalcara was the name of my first and most highlevel character. (She still exists, btw) The nick I used until then was already taken and so I choose the next best thingie, the name of a minor character in one of my trunk stories.

Well, character-Chalcara's role grew alot when the story bloomed into Traces of Chaos, but it still hasn't anything to do with my nic chalcara. Which is why I tend to write my username small.

It's a bit annoying that Chalcara is so often mistaken for my "fursona" - she's not - but it's not annoying enough to change a nick that's been in use for more than eight years now. Most of my rl friends call me chal.

It's a hobo I made up. His last name came from my favorite old video game series, "The Journeyman Project." His first name came to me in a dream: I was walking in a forest when I met David Carradine's character from "Kung Fu." He beat me up on general principle, but then told me I was a good sport and said I could use his name if I wanted. He carved "KAIN" into a tree with his bare fingers and then I woke up. True story.
