So Paypal's giving me the runaround. I tried to order something from newegg this morning that cost more than my Paypal balance. So it tried to make up the difference using my bank card -- the old card I had on file instead of my current one. The old card which I'd reported as stolen because it had strange transactions on it a couple months ago. So the transaction was declined.
So I went to add money to my PayPal account to fix the issue and it wanted proof of identity. So now they want my photo ID (which is expired), proof of address (which doesn't exist), and my social security card (which I cannot find). Somehow I doubt this will ever be resolved...
