That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

I'm talking about the people Jack intentionally scared for the sake of scariness.

The whole Christmas thing was really caused by the others' (save for Sally) incomprehension of the Christmas Spirit.

Yet Jack was incompetent enough not to notice that what they made wasn't the same as the stuff he saw in Christmas Land/Town/Whatever.  Again he caused horrible chaos onto the world without trying to.  

 

He was scarier WITHOUT Trying.

Just recently had a nostalgia experience. Does anyone else remember the cartoon Capitol Critters? It ran back in the early 1990s and was about mice and rats that infested the White House; Charles Adler (Snively) voiced Jammett, who was one of the main characters. Now I'm going to have to look it up and see if I can find the episodes.

I watched a couple of episodes last night on YouTube. Yeah Muggle was funny; he'd get shocked or spontaneously combust: "Muggle used to be a lab rat; they pumped him up with over 600 chemicals from LSD to Iced Tea... I think the iced tea put him over the edge." - One of the funniest lines in the show.

Jack probably thinks, like everyone in the town, that people LIKE scary things, thus he let everyone roll with it.

These are the same people that use words like horrible and bone-chilling as compliments, after all.

Good Lord, what on this planet got that imbecile to do that. That scream/squeal at :45 seconds is amazing; I never thought a grown man could make a noise like that.
