Well, this could help quail down trolling and cyberbullying that's a plus, also maybe it could offer a clever way to clean up the language and mindless rants.
I really find it to be a double standard that people rant like Sailors from Westbourgh everywhere on Youtube, and that if you said the same thing in a public street you could get 30 days maxiumum in public Jail for slander, disturbing the peace, and just being a jerk.
Note before you mention "it's free speech" well a lawyer will respond, no, there is a difference between an act and speech in our legal system. The act of slander, yelling "fire" in a loaded cinema, or defamation is very different from someone "peacablly assembling" , protesting or professing, excercising their right to free speech . Sadly the line is fine to the ethically shortsided (Hatespeech laws are often abused by authority figures to quail spoken ideals they that oppose them). I know of a really horrible guy that cussed out a whole town in New England once and they threw him a 60 days and 200$ fine. They whipped up the books and charged him with an old Blasphemy Law; I love it.
It's the Google putting it's hand down your pants that I'm not happy with. I'm sure this is going to come with a nasty catch .
