That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

Okay everyone, this was piss poor performance.
We achieved this goal in 1215 days. My original estimate was for 800, meaning we missed it by almost 35%. That's over a year people.

So now we are going for 10,000. That's a pretty scary number considering we averaged less than one post per day.
1000/1215 = 0.8230 posts per day
10000x0.823 = 8230 days
8230/365 = 22.55 Years.

Yeah... we will all be dead by then. Nice knowing everyone.

Well we hit 1000 in the 2 months i was here and when i started we were at like 875. its possible

Plus im bringing in Jon (Red, Zane he was the guy we played TF2 with) so i think reinforcements we can do it

It has just occurred to me that through the magic of SQL I can in fact change the owner of any post on this thread. That being said, who would like to own the 19,981st post (AKA the one at the top of page 1000)? I am taking bids starting now.


Also, I will not be taking your money, Chief will be. It's for a good cause! The man needs his beer... its actually for the site.
