I so would have loved to have seen Shadow as part of the Satam series.
He would fit in so well.

Yes. Cluck, the true mastermind of the coup and the domination of the entire Mobian race. Cluck was to make his massive comeback after spending all of Season 2 waiting in the side lines. Plotting. Scheming.

Could you please enlighten me about that? It doesn't look like a very good combo to me.

Knuckles original appearance he worked for Robotnik (Sonic 3). He was also a badguy in Triple Trouble. It wasn't until Sonic and Knuckles did he become a good guy.

Exactly. It makes perfect sense. Cluck disappears in the second season. Where does she (cuz I think it's a girl

I guess they could've done more with him, but still, seems a bit limited.

Well, this is just my thinking, but having Shadow as part of the Freedom Fighters to me would be really cool IMO.
He could be introduced in a 2 or 3 part episode series where Julian discovers his grandfather's project, known as the Ultimate Life Form.
At first, Shadow would work for Robotnik, creating havoc within the Freedom Fighter camps and perhaps even get Sonic framed for the crimes(To be honest though, I don't know how anyone could mistake Sonic for Shadow)
But anyway, near the end of the story, he remembers what Maria wanted him to do with his life, so he changes sides and joins the Freedom Fighters, helping them fulfill their mission of freeing Mobius in honor of her.
Yea, I know the plot's kinda of taken from the SA2 game and a bit off the wall, but I really think if it was written proper, it could be pulled off nicely. But that's just me.

I think Shads would work really well in SatAM, too - he's a pretty dark, edgy character, which is what this show is kind of known for - an edgier Sonic world than had previously been seen. I cannot combine Robotnik and Eggman in my head, even though i know technically they're supposed to be the same character, or at least were at one time, so I wouldn't want them to just rehash the SA2B plot; however, some connection of Robotnik to Maria (because they must at least be family members) could be weird and interesting, and how can you have a Shadow plot without Maria?
Shadow would probably be on Robotnik's side in the beginning and then either take off on his own or Blaze the Cat would come to Knothole and he'd fall for her and stick with Knothole and help redefeat Robotnik - even though he would probably always hate Sonic's guts, or at least pretend to. But, to quote Laser, "That's just me."

Pretty decent plot you got there. Although I'm curious, where would Blaze originally come from?
And yea, I know what you're saying about rehashing the SA2 plot. It isn't unfortunately the best of ideas, but I couldn't think of a better one off the top of my head.

Thanks! Hm... i'm not sure where Blaze would come from; let's just mash up 2006 and Rush and say she came from an alternate dimension in the future.
As far as the rehash, at least you're trying to keep continuity going on, something Sega apparently hasn't learned how to do.

Yea, that sounds about right concerning Blaze.
As for continuity, I'm a strong supporter of it, especially when the continuity is a very well written plot, like SA2 was.
And yea, Sega has strayed so much from its roots, its not even funny. They need to sell their company to someone who actually cares about making solid games for Sonic, like Nintendo or Capcom for that matter.

Ditto and ditto. Sega hurts me with their lack of continuity, and with the size of the fan base you'd think they'd at least make an effort. They'll never sell off Sonic, though, not while he's their biggest money maker.

Unfortunately, I do believe you're right about that. Sega's not about to give up their cash cow anytime soon. It's truly pathetic and sad really. They're just milking him for all he's worth now.
Capcom doing Sonic?
Holy shit that would rock!
After seeing the Megaman Online trailers, I couldn't help but wonder had Sonic been given an opportunity like that, how much more popular and epic would his series be?
That sadly is a question nobody will be able to answer.

Think of Sonic as something that needs to be "rescued" from the evil known as Sega.
