Red said he couldnt get one

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

I think we forgot March's episode so I'll do it. I know it is against the rules but I don't see the big deal since this would have been a good one to recommend and PM.

This is a good March Madness episode. It's also the month of the ram.

'A mysterious travel is being chased by Swatbots through the Great Forest. The FF's help him escape with the a magnet they found earlier. On a mission to save his FF's, Ari convinces Sonic to help rescue them while Robotnik plots his own capture of the heroes. Tricking Sonic, Ari leaves him to his fate with Robotnik in a pinball game. Sonic finds himself a transparent ball and is kicked around the arena with the Void as the loss exit. Ari finds out he is double-crossed and goes back with Sally and other FF's to save Sonic.'

A rather poor note for Season 2 to start on, honestly. It's not a terrible episode, mind you, and the introduction of such over-arcing storylines as the idea of other Freedom Fighter groups and The Void are most appreciated. The pacing, however, is awful; I literally couldn't keep track of just what the flip was going on most of the time, things were moving so quickly. It also doesn't help that the story seems to forget who's doing what and why at any given moment. Still, Ari's an interesting character, and the ending scene is surprisingly poignant and effective. On the whole, though, not one of the show's stronger episodes.

Agreed. It's not a particularly good episode. Though it does introduce us to the Void. It also explains where the flying Robotnik heads came from.

Who are you referring to with 'mind you'? Are we still doing EoTM's? This was the correct episode to pick for this month or the next one but why not do it now? Why didn't anyone else do it?

*Spoiler *

I was more intrigued by this episode when it first aired because I actually thought Sonic might get sucked into the Void. Today if I saw it for the first time I'd know he'd get sucked in then return at a later time but since he's the main character that idea is unlikely.

It's poetic justice and natural for Ari to take his place. The pacing was kinda off and it felt like there is an alternative way of doing this episode I can't quite bite at the moment.

The Man is right, it was poetic justice for Ari to get stuck in the Void. The large penball machine was interesting. Overall, I thought it was a good, but not great episode.

Ya, it was a good but not great episode. It did introduce some over-arching storylines that come in later in the season like the Void and Ari. (It also introduced Dulcy though I'm sure some of you hate that.) The pacing was pretty off too but it did have a good ending with Ari getting sucked in the Void.(He gets out later though.) It shows that there aren't always happy endings.

Well then, next month's will be worse..I promise.

It's to get all the lesser ones outta the way first(although I hate saying that about it).

This is the only episode of Season 2 I've watched this side of 1995. I saw Dulcy and haven't watched another episode since.

Aww, come on, give season 2 a chance. (Except the Antoine shorts. Nobody will blame you for skipping those. )

Every time Dulcy mentioned her mum after she hit something I cringed. Just... so... irritating... Oh, and Rotor's new look is shocking but that doesn't annoy me as much. I think it's more a time problem that's stopping me watching it now. Just been busy lately. Might be able to head to the Tube today though.

I'd be muting half the episode with the amount of time she talks! Die Dulcy, die!

Strangely, Dulcy was Ben and Pat's favorite character addition to Season 2.

The giant pinball machine reminded me of the early Archie Comics. I also think it interesting that SatAM character have a cameo in the first bonus level of SEGA's "Sonic Spinball". Maybe there's a bit of product placement there?...

That's how it usually works with most things. The end of Season 2 was the best stretch of Satam when it was on TV. If it weren't for the damn power rangers...

It's nice to know we're at the half way point I believe? Let me go back to the episode favorites list and pick a bad one from there and talk of it in detail.

I did play Sonic Pinball long ago. I remember saving Sally and a couple others, but I'm sure one of them was Sally.

Nice episode, not one of my favorites of the second season but nicely inspired by Sonic Pinball.
