That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

Okay; I was recently playing the game "NationStates" and came up with a great idea to help publicize FUS.

You see, for those of you who are aware of the "Ozy and Millie" webcomic, the guy who writes it set up a country, and made the web address the motto. I thought, "Wow, what an idea."

So I figured that if it can be done with "Ozy and Millie" it can be done with FUS.

What do you guys think, should it be done?

This is in the wrong topic folder, if anything it should be in Suggestions and Help. Yeah Ozy and Millie used to be an unofficial affiliate under the old admin so most of us know about 'em after seeing their link floating at the bottom of the board for years (x3), but what do you mean "set up a country"?

NationStates is an online game where you set up a fictional country and manage it, based on issues that you're given (1 or 2 per day, if i remember right). It can be fun with a group of friends (my friends didn't like my country for being a Psychotic Dictatorship, but it had a stong economy, no crime, and a pristine envioronment [and orbital weapons platforms ]).

I believe what Canus Minoris is suggesting is setting up countries on the game and using the motto (equivilent to the avatar caption) to advertise FUS.

Projection: If Intruder Organsim reaches civilized areas...
