I can handle it, but why do you want to delete your account?

@  Lito290 : (24 May 2020 - 09:02 PM)

How does one request the deletion of their account?

@  VHS : (21 May 2020 - 04:04 PM)

@  Nex : (25 April 2020 - 06:58 PM)

It's a disagreement between two people...n judging what goes on in there sometimes that's a very apt description xD

@  John Roberts : (25 April 2020 - 05:34 PM)

What's a Discord?

@  Nex : (25 April 2020 - 04:15 PM)

@  Nex : (20 April 2020 - 01:11 AM)

@  John Roberts : (19 April 2020 - 12:32 PM)

It's just you, Wildfire. You're killing us mate!

@  wildfire : (19 April 2020 - 09:01 AM)

To be fair, there are more rapid forms of communication these days. The Discord server sees a far bit of attention. I remember the IRC too, but that's dead last I looked

@  MauEvig : (18 April 2020 - 08:10 PM)

A shame. And here I'm finally getting back into the spirit of everything Sonic. Well maybe we just need to liven things up. :)

@  furrykef : (18 April 2020 - 06:38 PM)

The forum's pretty dead at the best of times, really.

Hey guys!

A little over a year ago, I happened upon Sonic SatAM on YouTube purely by accident, and I grew to like it so much that I became a fan.  Not just of the show, mind you, but the franchise in general.  Though I've never played any of the games, I've found something to love through both SatAM and the Archie comics.  However, one thing I don't like about them is that on both counts, their stories were tragically cut short.  Fortunately, I came to find out that many dedicated fans have started projects to continue these stories, such as Archie Sonic Online, Sonic Retold by Glitcher, and of course this site's very own Season 3.  I love all of these projects and I eagerly await what else comes from them in the future.  However, the writer in me couldn't help but wonder how I would continue SatAM, so I wrote a continuation, initially intended to be the length of a movie script, but over time, it mutated into a 275-page monster of a script.  Anyway, I thought it actually came out really well and my friends and family I showed it to agreed, saying it was too good to not at least share it online for those who might be interested in it.  But then, on a whim, I decided to take it a step further and see if it would be viable to turn it into a fully voice acted audio drama.  So, I posted a casting call on Behind the Voice Actors and waited for a response.  To my pleasant surprise, I was able to put together a small group of like-minded and talented people to help me bring this project to life.  We officially came together about 6 months ago, and thus far, we've released the first three episodes of this project, are putting some finishing touches on episode 4, and recording for the next block of episodes is in progress.  Though we're all very proud of all the hard work we've put into this so far, we've had some difficulty finding an audience on YouTube.  So if you guys are interested in taking a look at our project, leaving a like, or providing feedback and critiques, we'd love to hear them.  Here are the links for the first three episodes:

A very solid effort. Audio dramas are a pretty tough media to crack and do justice as they mainly rely on the voice talent along with sound and music to tell the story, plus writing for them can be a challenge as the writer needs to rely solely on telling the audience what is happening via the dialogue of the characters without making it too awkward.

Plus, and just a hunch, but seeing as these are audio dramas and judging by your username, I take it the main inspiration for producing these as audio dramas came from Big Finish Production's range of Doctor Who audios.

"The Devil Inside is the new scam from director William Something Something. The movie stars actors and was edited on a computer. Somewhere. This movie is the latest film in a series of very low budget films designed to look like real movies! And be released in theaters to make a quick buck via a horribly off kilter budget to profit ratio that the general public seem to be stupidly unaware of! These films use to be called 'direct to video' but now they are called 'first run features'. These films then vanish from the theaters, like a rapist leaving the scene of a crime." - Mike Stoklasa of RedLetterMedia

Thank you for your kind words, you have no idea how much time and effort went into just these three episodes.  I was indeed partially inspired by Big Finish Doctor Who (I've only listened to a few of them, but I became intrigued by the format, seeing it as untapped potential among fan projects), but that being my username is just a happy coincidence.  I chose the name as a placeholder a few years ago when I started thinking about writing fan content and posting it online.  It's just I never got to use it when I began juggling college and a part-time job.

Well Big Finish certainly do some amazing work. I've been collecting their releases for 20 years now and it's become my favourite way of enjoying Doctor Who. I'd highly recommend getting some more if you can.

But you and your team keep up the good work, I look forward to hearing more.
